Johnny Football has Aggies riding high in SEC

By KRISTIE RIEKEN
AP Sports Writer

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (AP) - In his Hill Country hometown of Kerrville, Texas, Johnny Football never would have been known by such a specific nickname.

Mark Smith, the high school coach of Johnny Manziel, says he could have been Johnny Baseball or Johnny Golf - "he could have been anything he wanted to be."

Well, at the moment, Texas A&M's quarterback is 1 of the top players in college football coming off a road upset of national champion Alabama.

The freshman has led No. 9 A&M to an 8-2 record by passing for 2,780 yards and 18 touchdowns and running for 1,014 yards and 15 more scores. He's the second freshman in Bowl Subdivision history with 1,000 yards rushing and 2,000 passing in a season, and he's got that even before Saturday's game against Sam Houston State.

China has risen upto financial crisis challenges: Wen Jiabao

TOKYO, July 16 (Reuters): Pressure mounted on Japanese Prime Minister Taro Aso? Thursday after ruling party lawmakers called for a meeting to debate the party's ailing fortunes at which his harshest critics are expected to seek his resignation.
Aso's plan for an election on August 30 -- announced just a day after the opposition Democrats trounced the conservative Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) in a Tokyo metropolitan vote-has sparked chaos in the ruling party.
Surveys show the opposition Democratic Party will win the national election, which must be held by October.
Only 16.3 per cent of respondents to a poll published by Jiji news agency Thursday said they supported Aso and his cabinet, down 7.8 percentage points from a similar poll a month ago.
Asked which party they would vote for in the election, 37.4 per cent opted for the Democrats and 19.5 per cent for the LDP.
A Democrat victory would end more than 50 years of almost unbroken rule by the business-friendly LDP and improve chances of resolving a policy deadlock caused by a divided parliament, where the opposition controls the upper house and can delay bills.
A petition demanding the meeting of LDP lawmakers was handed to LDP Secretary-General Hiroyuki Hosoda, top government spokesman Takeo Kawamura told reporters.
Under party rules, the meeting must be held within seven days, although Aso could dissolve the lower house first.
Kawamura said Aso was ready to respond if the meeting was held, but would likely stick to his election plan.
"Our term of office is fixed and the prime minister's choice of August 30 is close to the deadline," he added. "I don't think the prime minister will change his mind."
Aso has come under fire for a series of policy flip-flops and gaffes at a time when Japan is suffering its worst recession in 60 years.
In a further sign of disarray, Finance Minister Kaoru Yosano-widely seen as the architect of the Aso administration's economic policies-and Agriculture Minister Shigeru Ishiba are among those who signed the petition.
The two met the premier Wednesday to press home their views on the party's difficulties following the loss in the Tokyo assembly election.
It was not clear, however, how many of those who signed the petition want to ditch Aso.
Aso has made it clear he has no intention of resigning and a majority of lawmakers at the meeting would be needed to bring forward a vote for the party leadership set for September. Only a handful of lawmakers have openly called for Aso to resign.
Although there are potential alternatives within the party, including Health Minister Yoichi Masuzoe, analysts say a last-minute change of leadership ahead of the election would do little to boost the party's fortunes.
"Among those who signed the petition, there are some who want to change the party leader, while there are also opinions that we need to review the outcome of the Tokyo election," former prime minister Yoshiro Mori told a television programme Thursday. "Some also want to have a place to discuss the manifesto."

First and foremost, it signifies our inability to invest all our available resources. Second, it could be that our financial intermediation is not efficient. Savers and investors are two divergent groups. It is the financial system ? banks and non-bank financial institutions ? that bring savers and investors together. In a smoothly functioning financial system, such an excess of savings (investible capital) would have reduced interest rates, increased the demand for investment and restored savings-investment equilibrium. That none of this is happening tells us that there is some stickiness or major inefficiency in the financial intermediation process. Third, we have been made aware of the poor performance of ADP implementation in recent years, which has had the effect of reducing the share of public investment in total investment. Problems with power and infrastructure have pulled back potential private investment as well. Lately, the global economic slowdown has compounded the problem. So the overall investment climate has not been conducive to result in an improvement in the investment-GDP ratio, which has remained stagnant for nearly five years and shows no sign of improvement.
????????? There is one more dimension to the paradox not to be ignored. There is a one-to-one relationship between current account of the balance of payments and national accounts. For several years running, our current account has been posting a modest surplus, which was close to one percent of GDP in the last fiscal year. A current account surplus implies that the economy generated more income from domestic production and foreign earnings (remittances) than it spent on goods and services ? domestic and foreign. In national accounting terms, this corresponds to the excess of savings over investment. That is to say, the savings-investment surplus should equal ? or approach equality with -- current account surplus, which should then be also 5 percent of GDP rather than only one percent. How do we explain the incongruence of the two figures?
????????? The aggregate economic relationship point to the fact that some of our national savings is not invested in the domestic economy but abroad. In the absence of capital account convertibility, this would not be permissible, though India has allowed Indians to invest abroad under limited convertibility of the capital account. It is common knowledge that a significant part of worker remittances might not be coming through official channels. That creates one scope, among others, for investment of national savings abroad. In addition, both exporters and importers have multiple conduits ? well known to those who mange the country?s financial system -- for parking resources abroad outside the purview of the non-convertible capital account regime.
????????? All this points to the fact that capital in the present day and age could be quite mobile. It would be na?ve to think that all savings of Bangladeshis are in the domestic economic system. Although our current account is convertible (done in 1994), non-convertibility of capital account puts numerous bounds on current account transactions. So the incentive for parking domestic capital outside is not eliminated. These days, with interest rates in developed financial markets being at near zero, the relatively high returns in domestic banks and financial institutions should attract resources parked outside the country to be ploughed back in though other uncertainties of life and limb in Bangladesh might still prompt the flight of capital. I reckon it is only a matter of time when restrictions on outward and inward movement of capital will have to be relaxed, even under the regime of non-convertibility.? This is more so because of the new initiative of government to encourage public-private partnership (PPP), particularly in mega-projects. Unless the restrictive rules of capital mobility are relaxed, it will remain a battle for private capital to move in or out; and an uphill task for those in the private sector trying to mobilize funds from international capital markets.

Inter-city High Speed Train Image
Tejgaon Railway Station as a transport hub with Long-term Vision:? This is an excellent and convenient location for linking existing railway, future light train, city bus transport or future subway and other transport network. Provision for subway, mass rail transit stations in at least 3 grade separation must be arranged.? Even if it is not possible to develop it fully immediately, no short-sighted hasty plan should be allowed to destroy its long-term potentiality.? No land should be allowed to be grabbed or wasted for other purpose. Any unplanned development in and around it must be stopped immediately until long-term comprehensive plan is ready and approved by all concerned.

Elevated Light train passing through population centers:? In addition to a light train line planned (as per RAJUK map) from Kaliganj to Gazipur via north of Uttara, Savar and other places there, a light train or elevated light train service may start from Tongi to touch Pallabi, Mirpur, Mohammadpur, Dhanmodi, New market, Azimpur, and proceed further to Saidabad, Jatrabari and Demra.

Circular railway, elevated light train: ?As in most of the big cities with land constraint, a circular railway touching all population centers of the city, from where long distance railway and roads move out tangentially or radially to link satellite cities, may be built in Dhaka and Chittagong..? Many new roads or railway lines may have to be elevated to save wetland, canals and rivers.

Train Stations:? The train stations may not initially be costly structures. Most of the railway stations must be easy to access, have entrance level platforms, have sufficient parking space, and have provisions for bus stops to pick up and unload passengers, have places for taxis to wait in line to pick up passengers, and other facilities.??????

Public Bus service shall be an essential mode of transport, but it must be systematic and planned. Buses and their operation must be standardized. One route may be licensed to any one city bus operator company. The practical management aspects may be documented for effective, smooth transport suited to all age group of passengers. Ad hoc measures should? be avoided.
Manufacture of Railway coach locally: The railway workshops which already undertook some manufacturing works may be revamped and given technological input for local manufacture of various rail line equipments.
Railway Test Track:? To maintain or improve the quality of the railway service, railway authority shall build and use a 7- to 15- km test track for test, experimentation and improvement.
Development of Water way: ?We may fully develop and utilize our river and waterway transport system by utilizing part of the existing infrastructure, which the government is also considering.
Subway:? Subway may not be our immediate choice, in view of risk of inundation of major areas of the city every year and our lack of technological capability to counter the effects? immediately. In future it may be essential for connecting missing links.
About 15-feet wide footpath may be necessary for subway exit and entrance. Management of traffic and establishment of continuous, safe foot path will ease much of the existing traffic congestion within the city immediately, but it will not solve the problem without mass transit and public transport system.
Railway, neglected since 1880s, is now drawing governmental? attention for its development. If the government can show political will and courage to take initiative, massive work may be started without much or any foreign loan.
?We expect our government will not compromise with long-term national interest. Our economy is already bleeding. Let us start acting wisely, deploying relevant development policy instruments before it is too late.

BBC. ly uncertain in key trading partner countries, particularly in Europe due to the unfolding sovereign debt crisis. The United States is showing some signs of recovery but overall the growth prospect for 2012 in advanced economies remains bleak while growth has slowed in developing countries (see Box 1).
Commodity prices continue to represent a key country risk. Global food prices remain at elevated levels. However, international rice prices have fallen thereby helping to keep domestic rice prices in check. Oil prices have fluctuated and crude oil prices rose sharply in the months leading to March 2012 due to escalating tensions in the Middle East. The price of a barrel of crude oil averaged USD 117 in March 2012, 13 per cent higher than its average in December 2011, and 8.0 per cent higher than a year earlier. Since then concerns over the global recovery has led to decline in commodity prices generally, with Brent crude oil dropping under USD90 a barrel for the first time since December 2010. However a further round of quantitative easing in advanced countries in light of the current Eurozone crisis could lead to speculative flows into commodity markets. Moreover the uncertainties in the Middle East continue to persist. Hence the current easing of commodity market prices may not sustain itself in 2012/13.
Recent economic developments: In FY10 and FY11 the global economy was reeling from the global financial crisis of 2009 and in order to avert an impact on the Bangladesh economy, broad money growth and specifically private sector credit growth were eased. The Bangladesh economy as a consequence of this stance, and other pro-active measures, emerged largely unscathed from the global crisis, averaging over 6.0 per cent growth between FY09 and FY11. In FY12 the economy faced a different set of challenges related to rising inflation and balance of payments pressures. In order to address these challenges BB's monetary stance was more restrained than earlier years and yet able to accommodate a private sector credit growth rate (18.5 per cent) which was more than sufficient to meet the initial GDP growth target. The monetary growth targets set in January 2012 were met and the outcomes - falling inflation and containment of external sector pressures - were achieved.
Domestic output growth was projected at 7.0 per cent in the FY12 Budget assuming stable domestic and global economic conditions. Provisional figures from the Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics (BBS) estimate economic growth of 6.32 per cent in FY12 compared to 6.71 per cent in FY11. The main reason behind the lower number appears to be a slowing of agricultural growth which according to these provisional numbers has slowed from 5.13 per cent in FY11 to 2.53 per cent in FY12. This is largely due to the base effect of two consecutive years of record growth but also they could be revised upwards once the 'Boro' rice crop is accounted for. Yet industrial growth, which is the sector most affected by access to timely credit, is estimated at 9.47 per cent in FY12, higher than the 8.20 per cent in FY11. An important driver of this higher industrial growth is faster growth of small scale industries which increased from 5.84 per cent in FY 11 to an estimated 7.18 per cent in FY12. Service sector growth of 6.06 per cent in FY12 was marginally lower than the 6.22 per cent achieved in FY11 (see Table 1).

Challenges in sourcing cotton: Bangladesh has been facing enormous challenges to sourcing cotton to feed its twenty billion-dollar apparel industry for the last couple of years. For a country considered a rising textile power, the challenges have been the painful reminders of the intractable problems plaguing Bangladesh. India, for example, has been serving as one of the most important sources of cotton for Bangladesh. However, for the last couple of years, it has been proven to be one of the most unreliable and undependable sources.
Several events that marked the 2010-11 cotton-year, have changed the landscape of the Bangladesh cotton industry. It is widely believed that these events will continue to have impact on the cotton industry for a foreseeable period of time. Series of Indian governmental ban on cotton export in 2010 and 2011 triggered a rally in the cotton market that never experienced in the history of cotton. As a result, the New York ICE futures settled at an unprecedented level of 214 cents/lb in March 2011.
The Bangladeshi spinners took a considerable position in Indian cotton before the export ban in April 2010, only to find the Indian merchants default on contracts en masse, citing the governmental export ban. However, the import data suggests that the Indian cotton continued to pour in Bangladesh with a peak volume of 52,000 MT just in April 2010. Unfortunately most of the cotton did not reach to its intended buyers; rather, it was deliberately shipped to other buyers for extra profits, taking the advantage of already soaring market price. Indian merchants circumvent the system to ship cotton elsewhere to take advantage of the higher cotton prices.

BMO Harris Private Banking Annual Philanthropy Report: Charitable ...

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 14, 2012) - With tomorrow marking National Philanthropy Day, BMO Harris Private Banking has released the findings of its Second Annual Philanthropy Report which found that the number of Canadians giving to charitable causes - and the amount they are giving - is rising.

The report revealed that almost 79 per cent of Canadians made a charitable donation over the last 12 months, up from 68 per cent last year. The amount they are giving has also increased, from an average of $487 in 2011 to $557 this year.

Ontario led the country with both the highest percentage of individuals (85 per cent) who donated in 2012 and with the highest average amount ($778) given as well. The Prairies were the second highest region in the country with 84 per cent donating and an average amount of $751, followed by residents in Atlantic Canada at 78 per cent with an average of $616.

According to the report, the most popular causes Canadians supported include:

  • Health and medical (60 per cent)
  • Anti-poverty (45 per cent)
  • Animal welfare (30 per cent)
  • Education (19 per cent)

"Canadians continue to demonstrate their generosity in supporting charitable causes," said Marvi Ricker, Vice President & Managing Director of Philanthropic Services, BMO Harris Private Banking. "It's very gratifying to see that not only are more Canadians choosing to donate, but the amount they're giving has increased too. Donating to a worthy cause is a great way to support one's community and help the less fortunate."

Ms. Ricker noted that studies have shown that supporting charitable causes can increase one's overall happiness. Additionally, it allows individuals to take advantage of valuable tax benefits.

The report also found that only 18 per cent of Canadians have a specific strategy for giving; meanwhile, 45 per cent donate on an ad hoc basis. Furthermore, just half (51 per cent) involve their spouse or partner in their giving decisions and only 15 per cent involve their children.

"In order for your donations to have the maximum impact, consider working with a financial professional to develop a giving strategy that becomes part of your overall financial plan," added Ms. Ricker.

BMO Harris Private Banking provides the following tips for those looking to develop a giving strategy:

Speak with a professional: Regardless of the amount you are going to be donating, work with a financial professional to develop a plan that includes a budget for giving. This is an important first step to a sound strategy.

Gifts of securities: Recent federal budgets have fully eliminated the capital gains tax on donations of publicly traded securities to a registered charity. These include shares, bonds and mutual funds. Donating securities is more advantageous than selling them and donating the cash proceeds; the capital gain on the donated securities is tax-free.

Consider alternative methods: Credit cards, like BMO's World Elite MasterCard, provide cardholders with the ability to donate their points to charities. Customers can use their points to make a donation to five charities: United Way of Canada, The Canadian Cancer Society, The Canadian Red Cross, Make-a-Wish Foundation of Canada, and Community Foundations of Canada.

7 Questions With an Author: Josh Hinds | The Daily Retort

Author and motivational speaker ? Josh Hinds

This post marks another installment of my??7 Questions With an Author???series, where I ask published authors an unchanging set of questions and share their responses here.

Today?s featured author is Josh Hinds.

Josh is an entrepreneur, author, trainer and motivational speaker.

Diagnosed with Tourette Syndrome at the age of eight years old, Josh has been facing and overcoming adversity and challenges his entire life.?He?s a firm believer that no matter what circumstance life or business reveals, there is always a work-around which can lead to success.

Here are 7 Questions With an Author: Josh Hinds regarding his latest book It?s Your Life: Live Big!

1. Tell us about your book?
The title of the book, It?s Your Life, LIVE BIG! came about?because it is a motto I used to repeat to myself. Then when I was?approached by my book publisher, Sound Wisdom, to do the book, it just?kind of naturally fit. I?m a BIG believer in?the idea that the words we speak, especially to ourselves, make a?difference. I have certainly seen that to the be the case in my ?Live BIG? motto.?The book itself includes 17 lessons, that I?ve used in my?own life, and have seen countless others use throughout their own.?These lessons include: defining success, goal-setting,?visualization, the power of persistence, and other lessons?that can make a real positive, impact in the lives of people,?both personally and professionally.

2. What led you to write it?
As I mentioned above, I had seen how the ideas in the book?had made such a positive impact not only in my own life, but in the?lives of others through the different work I do,?whether while speaking to audiences, or where I share my?writing in other formats, so it just kind of made sense to?build on and expand much of what I was already sharing.?As far as published authors go, I guess I?m a little?different in that I was actually approached directly by a publishing company. I didn?t really pitch them to write the book. In a nutshell, my original contact with the?company connected with me via LinkedIn, and let me know he had?followed my work for a while, and wanted to explore the possibility of?me writing a book with their company.

3. Who is a writer that inspires you and why?
There are so many that I could have included here, but since?you asked for just one, I guess I better start with the?first person who encouraged me. The?first ?motivational? book I ever read was written by Zig Ziglar. He has a great number of books I like, but that first one I?read of his was titled, Over The Top. In addition to being?a wonderful author, Zig is also an incredibly inspiring?speaker. Like me, he?s also originally from Alabama. He has?a gift for breaking down the complex and making it simple. That?s something I strive to do as?well. If I only had one word to describe him, it?d be??amazing.?

4. What was the biggest challenge you faced writing this?book?
I have to acknowledge first off, this was an incredibly?smooth process for the most part. Largely because I?have a great publishing company which took care of and?guided me through most of the confusing parts and challenges that can?pop-up along the way. After conversations with other author friends of?mine, I?d say I was a bit spoiled in that respect :-) ?I should also say, I have self-published other products so I?have seen firsthand the different challenges that can come?up during the process.

While I was fortunate to have my book publisher helping with?many of the ?heavy lifting? parts of the process, for me,?one of the challenges was coming up?with the particular outline and sections that would be?included in the book. That?s primarily due to the fact that my business has several moving parts, which?include different web sites, live speaking and training, as well as writing ? I couldn?t just stop everything to??hammer out the book.?

5. What advice would you give to an aspiring writer?
Without a doubt, focus on building your platform. When I say??platform? I?m referring to your audience or reach. Now,?it?s true you may not have your book written, but it?s still?incredibly important ? keep in mind that my book publisher found and approached me about writing a book.

That didn?t happen?because my name was pulled out of thin air. It was because I had?developed an audience (via my writing, blog and various sites I manage) long before I ever thought a book was in my?future. Don?t just take my word for it, do a Google search?yourself for something such as ?bloggers who got book deals??and you will see a lot of similar examples.?Another?important reason to have your platform built before the?fact, is that once you have your book out there, you want to?have an audience you can reach out to who is likely to have?an interest in it. Trust me, just being in a bookstore isn?t?a guarantee of success.

6. Where do you get your ideas?
The ideas which I write and teach on come from my day-to-day life, or?that are brought up during the work I do with others.?One area of my business is consulting, so as I?m helping my clients?brainstorm through ideas and business challenges, I?ll often have the?opportunity to expand on solutions that show up during those?brainstorming sessions. In the writing I do, fortunately, ideas?abound.

7. Anything that you?d like readers to know that I haven?t?asked?
If you have an idea in you that you believe is worth sharing, then it?is. There?s an audience out there for what you have to share. Also,?remember to celebrate the success of your book. Remember that the key?is for you to always be sharing your book. Consider the ideal?audience, or audiences for your book, and reach out on an ongoing?basis to share about it, whether via an interview, or doing a?presentation, whatever.?The point is, it?s a crowded world, but you put yourself in a much?better place to be heard, just by speaking up and sharing what you?have to share a bit. So few do, that if you will be intentional about?making sure you do, it will go a long way towards getting the word out?about your book.

House GOP picks woman for a top leadership post

(AP) ? House Republicans have elected a woman to a top leadership post after the GOP suffered double-digit losses among female voters in last week's election.

A spokesman for House Speaker John Boehner says Republicans chose Washington state congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers for the fourth-ranking spot in the House Republican leadership in the Congress that opens in January.

McMorris Rodgers defeated congressman Tom Price of Georgia. He is a favorite among conservatives like Mitt Romney's presidential running mate, Wisconsin congressman Paul Ryan.

The race for the obscure post carried big symbolism as the GOP recovered from Romney's loss to President Barack Obama. An exit poll by The Associated Press and television networks showed that women voted for Democrats by an 11-point margin in the presidential and generic congressional races.

Pets Perish: Three Dogs Die in House Fire | FOX8.com ? Cleveland ...

Posted on: 4:09 pm, November 12, 2012, by Emily Valdez, updated on: 10:35pm, November 12, 2012

SHEFFIELD LAKE, Ohio ? Three rescue dogs perished in a Sheffield Lake fire at the home of a couple who fosters and rehabilitates abused, neglected and unwanted dogs.

Patricia and Duane Fogo, who are now homeless and lost all their belongings, are devastated the three rescue dogs died when their home went up in flames Monday morning.

?We feel so bad that we couldn?t save those dogs in the basement. They had such bad lives and to have them end like that is just so tragic,? Patricia said.

Patricia said that about 6:30 a.m., a dog next to her started barking, got her up and she discovered the fire in the basement where three of the rescue dogs were in their crates: Korbin, a male brindle boxer; Leelu, a female fawn boxer; and Pixie, a severely malnourished seven -month-old boxer-lab mix.

?We were trying to bring them up to speed, get them healthy, get them socialized, and we were having trouble with them, so they were in cages in the basement so they wouldn?t fight,? Patricia said.

Duane said he grabbed a fire extinguisher and tried to put the fire out but the smoke was too much.

?I knew if I would have went down there I would not have been alive right now,? Duane said.

?And there was no way we could get to them so we lost all three of them,? Patricia said.

They were able to get their five other dogs out ? or so they thought.

?My Honey, one of my favorite boxers, I thought she was outside and the smoke was so thick we couldn?t see and after the house had burned and burned and the fire department could go inside, they found her in the laundry room and they were able to give her oxygen and bring her back to life,? Patricia said.

While the Fogos are heartbroken over Pixie, Korbin and Leelu, they are thankful they and their five other dogs are alive? like they had a guardian angel.

?And it had four paws,? Duane said.

The Fogos are uninsured. However, they both work and plan to get a new home where they can once again help dogs in need.

The cause of the fire is unknown.

Denver IT Support: How to Formulate a Data Recovery Plan

By admin - November 13, 2012

Denver IT Support, IT Services DenverPaper which was once the most important part of the business world is now being replaced by the modern gadgets in the form of computers and stuffs. Now every paper work done in the offices in being stored in the hard disks of the computers. A single 500GB hard disk can store millions and millions of files and folders! And now imagine it is being done using paper ! But what happens if you lose millions of files due to a simple human error, a hardware fault or some other issues. It is not a pretty scenario at all! Considering how every small to large scale affairs within an organization are now being handled through computers, even a single corrupted hard drive may result in unacceptable damages. Hence why formulating a comprehensive data recovery plan is important for virtually any organization. Here?s how one should proceed on with the task:

Create backups of all your sensitive and essential data

Well this is a step no businesses can (or at least should) overlook if they want to keep themselves totally immune from any potential data loss in the future. There are tons of ways to do it ? the easiest one of those is to create backup copies of your important business data in optical discs (such as CDs, DVDs, Blu ray discs etc.). Alternatively, you can also backup your data in removable storage items or additional hard disk drives. But the more reliable method would be to back up your data in the cloud. This will further ensure that in the event of a data loss, not only you will be able to restore the data, but you can also access them from virtually anywhere, anytime ? provided there is an active net connection. For further help, consult your nearest Data Backup Denver service.

Data recovery software

There are plenty of data recovery software available in the market ? some are free, while the others are paid and for professional usage. You can use a data recovery software all by yourself ? but remember, let them be only the fail-safe measures, you know, in case you could not create backups of some data. Choose wisely while settling for a particular software ? opt for only those that have a reputation of being good usage for professional users. Going for less expensive but inadequate ones can do more harm than good in the long run ? especially considering what?s at stake here.

Data recovery services

There are many excellent IT Services Denver that can provide you quality data recovery services at affordable cost. This is a pretty reliable option if you lose some or all vital data due to technical or physical damages to your hard drive(s). These services are blessed with the right professionals and adequate resources to recover data from all sorts of damaged or malfunctioned hard drive. But again, like data recovery software, keep these Data Backup Denver services as secondary option only ? after all backing up your data in advance is the safest way to go.

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a chronic, progressive, and frequently fatal acidic condition of the elimination organs, of the respiratory system (lungs), bowels, urinary tract system, reproductive organs and the skin as the alkaloid glands (the salivary glands, stomach, and small and large intestines) produce and secrete alkaline compounds, such as sodium bicarbonate to buffer and preserve the alkaline design of the body. ?This acidic condition can affect any organ or organ system but primarily affects the respiratory, digestive, and reproductive tracts in children and young adults. On average, individuals with CF have a lifespan of around 37 years.

According to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, about 30,000 Americans have CF. This acidic condition occurs mostly in whites whose ancestors came from northern Europe, although it cuts across all races and ethnic groups. About 3,500 babies are born with this acidic condition each year in the United States. Moreover, about one in every 30 Americans suffer from CF.

                                                                                                                                                                                                              Signs and Symptoms:

CF is often accompanied by the following signs and symptoms:

                                                                                                                                                                                                              • Thick, viscous mucus in the lungs caused by the glandular secretion of sodium bicarbonate in the chelation of excess dietary and/or metabolic acids.
                                                                                                                                                                                                              • Changes in color and amount of sputum (material coughed up from the lungs) is in direct relationship to the build-up of acidic waste products that are not being properly eliminated through the four channels of elimination - the lungs, bowels, kidneys and skin.
                                                                                                                                                                                                              • Chronic cough, possibly with blood streaking is a result of increased acidic and the lung and other elimination organs ridding itself of excess dietary and/or metabolic acids.
                                                                                                                                                                                                              • Wheezing is caused by an increase in sticky acidic mucous.

Current medical science suggests that CF is caused by a defective gene that tells the body to produce abnormally thick and sticky fluid, called mucus. This mucus builds up in the breathing passages of the lungs and the pancreas, the organ that helps break down and absorb food. This collection of sticky mucus results in life-threatening lung infections and serious digestion problems. Medical science also suggests that this so-called disease may also affect the sweat glands and a man's reproductive system.

What Causes Cystic Fibrosis According to the Research of Dr. Robert O. Young?

When I talk about disease or?"dis-ease", such as CF, I am really focusing on the state of imbalance in the body, especially the lungs, that is brought on by an inverted way of living, eating and thinking. ?All disease or dis-ease, including CF is caused by individual lifestyle and dietary choice or for children how parents are feeding and caring for their children. ?I have suggested that you do not get sick you have to do sick by making acidic lifestyle and dietary choices. ?When you choose or parents choose for their children to eat acidic foods or drink, such as animal flesh, eggs, dairy products, like cheese, yogurt and ice cream, you set yourself up for excess tissue acidosis and a serious health challenge, such as breast cancer for a woman, prostate cancer of a man or cystic fibrosis of the lungs for a child or young adult.

Over 30 years ago I postulated a theory that ALL sickness and disease is the result of an inverted way of living, eating and thinking. ?And that genetic defects were dietary and lifestyle defects that caused the genetics to express themselves in specific ways. ?In the case of CV the cells are releasing sodium bicarbonate and antioxidants such as glutathione to maintain their alkaline design. ?The result is when sodium bicarbonate binds to dietary and/or metabolic acid it creates mucous.

It is critical to understand that foundational principals in having and living a healthy life. ?the foundational hypothesis of my work is the understanding that the human body is alkaline by design and acidic by function. ?The mucous in the body is the evidence that the body is protecting itself from its acidic functions (breathing, thinking, moving, eating) when dietary and/or metabolic acids are not properly eliminated through the four channels of elimination.

When you understand that the body needs to be maintained in an alkaline state in order to have sustainable energy, health, fitness and vitality, then everything you drink, everything you eat, every activity you engage in, even your thoughts, produce acidic waste products that affect the health, fitness and vitality of the blood, tissues, organs and glands.?

Your health, fitness, energy and vitality is an expression of what you are eating, what you are drinking and what you are thinking. ?If you are ingesting an abundance of acidic foods and liquids, that's creating an internal acid environment leading to a breakdown or fermentation of body cells, this will lead to a host of dis-ease conditions, including CF.

There are seven stages of ALL sickness and dis-ease or acidity even though there is only one sickness and one disease.

The one sickness and one disease or dis-ease is the over-acidification of the blood and then tissues due to an inverted way of living, eating and thinking. ?This one sickness and one disease or dis-ease has seven stages or or seven expressions, which have been categorized by medical science as separate or different types of disease without any association or connection. ?But, there is NOT many diseases only one disease and one health!

For example, cancer is part of that one acidic disease. ?Cancer is an acidic condition that spoils healthy cells making them cancerous. ?Multiple sclerosis is part of that one disease as acid destroys the myelin?sheath. ?Heart disease is the result of acid damage as is diabetes. ?Cystic fibrosis is also part of this one disease as healthy body cells are being protected from dietary and/or metabolic acids creating sticky mucous. ?Allergies, arthritis, osteopenia, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, bowel restrictions and constipations, from diverticulitis to diverticulosis, IBS, ulcerated colitis, Crohn's, all of these so-called diseases are the result of a compromised alkaline environment from individual acidic lifestyle and dietary choice.

The seven stages of disease or dis-ease or excess acidity first in the blood then in the tissues, organs and glands are as follows:

                                                                                                                                                                                                              1) The first stage of acidosis is enervation or the loss of energy. ?In this stage the body does not have the sufficient energy to completely remove dietary and/or metabolic acidic waste products which build up first in the blood and then in the connective and fatty tissues.

                                                                                                                                                                                                              2) The second stage of acidosis are sensitivities and irritation. ?An example of stage two acidosis are sensitivities to food and/or air-born allergies.

                                                                                                                                                                                                              3) ?The third stage of acidosis is catarrh or mucous buildup. ?An example of stage three acidosis would be the acidic condition of the lungs called cystic fibrosis. ?It is important to understand that mucous is created when the glands of the body release the alkaline compound sodium bicarbonate for the purpose of binding up dietary and/or metabolic acids. ?The combining of sodium bicarbonate to acid creates a sticky mucous. ?Since dietary, environmental and metabolic acids can breakdown and destroy healthy tissues and organs the glands of the body, such as the salivary glands, the pylorus glands, the pancreas and even the stomach release the alkalizing compound, sodium bicarbonate to protect and preserve healthy body cells that make up our tissues and organs.

                                                                                                                                                                                                              4) The fourth stage of acidosis is inflammation. ?There is only one cause of inflammation and that is acid. ?Acid equal pain and pain equals acid. ?There is no other cause. ?Any pain or inflammation in the body is the result of localized acid that has not been properly removed by the lymphatic system. ?That is why exercise is so important because the lymphatic circulation is activated by the contraction of muscle and especially the calf muscles. ?Therefore, inflammation is always caused by dietary, environmental and/or metabolic acid.

The fifth stage of acidosis is induration or fibrotic tissue or the hardening of the tissues or organs. ?This is the classic symptomology of cystic fibrosis. ?The tissues and organs are turning into leather. ?Another classic symptomology of induration is atherosclerosis or the hardening of the vascular system.

                                                                                                                                                                                                              6) the sixth stage of acidosis is the ulceration of tissues and/or organs such as in ulcerated colitis, or cirrhosis of the liver, or any lesion where ever it may appear.

                                                                                                                                                                                                              7) ?And the seventh and final stage of acidosis prior to death is the degeneration of tissues, organs and glands. ?All degenerative conditions are caused by dietary, environmental and/or metabolic acids, such as in the symptomologies of osteoporosis, multiple sclerosis, ALL cancerous conditions, heart disease and all respiratory dis-eases, including cystic fibrosis.

It is important to keep in mind that whatever the disease or dis-ease condition there is only one cause. ?And, that one cause is the retention of excess acids first in the blood and then the tissues and organs. ?This excess acid is not eliminated through the four channels of elimination they are then deposited into the connective and fatty tissues. ?This is why I call the connective tissues the acid catcher of the blood.

You do not need a doctor to tell you your stage of acid imbalance. You can know this based upon your the symptom(s) you are experiencing or feeling. ?If you are overweight this is an acidic condition and the body protecting the organs that sustain life from excess dietary, environmental and/or metabolic acids. ?In other words, obesity is NOT a fat problem any more then cystic fibrosis is a genetic problem. ?They are both an acid problem.

Anyone who lives an acidic lifestyle will eventually sit down to the banquet of his/her choices.

                                                                                                                                                                                                              There is NO escape!

Make no mistake. ?Cystic fibrosis or any "osis" condition is a progressive acidic ?condition that I call "latent tissue acidosis" that begins with fatigue, then congestion, then retention, irritation, mucous build up, inflammation, induration, ulceration, degeneration and finally a painful early death.

                                                                                                                                                                                                              The cure is simple. ?

                                                                                                                                                                                                              1) Open the channels of elimination.

                                                                                                                                                                                                              2) ?Heal the root system or the intestinal villi of the small intestines.

                                                                                                                                                                                                              3) Build healthy stem cells and red blood cells.

                                                                                                                                                                                                              4) Hyper-perfuse?the blood and tissues with alkalinity.

                                                                                                                                                                                                              Who's Most At Risk?:

CF is caused by the genetic expression of body cells to excess dietary and/or metabolic acidity. To change the genetic expression of the body cells one must restore the alkaline design of the body fluids with an alkaline lifestyle and diet I call the pH Miracle diet. ?To have CF, a child must inherit the acidic lifestyle and diet of the parents that then causes two abnormal genes -- one from each parent. ?The new science of epigenetics suggests that genes can change their expression. ?In other words, when a child with CF changes his/her diet from a standard acidic American diet to the pH Miracle alkaline diet the genes will change and begin slowing down and even stopping their secretion of alkaline sodium bicarbonate. ?This in turn will reduce congestion ?from sticky mucous.

What to Expect at Your Provider's Office

A baby born with the CF gene usually has symptoms during its first year, although signs of the disease may not appear until adolescence or even later.

Your child's health care provider can help make a diagnosis and guide you in determining which treatment or combination of therapies will best alleviate symptoms of the disease. Your health care provider will perform a physical exam and run laboratory tests, including a sweat test, which checks for higher than normal amounts of sodium and chloride in the sweat. Other tests include a sputum test, genetic screening, and a stool analysis. Imaging techniques may help reveal lung conditions and abdominal obstruction.

Alkalizing pH Miracle Treatment Protocol for Cystic Fibrosis

Prevention and Alkalizing is the Cure for Cystic Fibrosis

The best cure for Cystic Fibrosis will be found in its prevention NOT in its treatment. Preventing CF must begin with the parents switching to an alkaline lifestyle and diet before conception. ?At birth the parents can help avoid the symptoms of CF or any other dis-ease with the pH Miracle Lifestyle and diet.

Natural pH Miracle Treatment Plan for Cystic Fibrosis

The hope for the future is that the pH Miracle ?therapy can repair or replace the defective CF gene and cause the gene to express itself differently by changing the environment and restoring the alkaline design of the body fluids. ?This will cause the gene to express itself in an alkaline way rather than in a defensive way to protect itself from an acidic lifestyle and diet. ?This environmental approach for treating CV may prove to be the cure for this acidic lifestyle and dietary symptom.

CF patients suffer from frequent lung outfections leading to obstructed breathing caused by an acidic lifestyle and diet. So, the mainstays of a treatment plan are:

                                                                                                                                                                                                              1) Open up the channels of elimination of dietary and metabolic acids.
                                                                                                                                                                                                              2) Hyper-perfuse the tissues with alkalinity to buffer the retained dietary and/or metabolic acids.
                                                                                                                                                                                                              3) Heal the root system of the body or the intestinal villi of the small intestines to improve the quality and quantity of stem cell and red blood cell production.
                                                                                                                                                                                                              4) ?Alkalizing physical therapy to remove acids out of the tissues, especially the lungs.
                                                                                                                                                                                                              5) Alkalizing ?exercise to remove dietary and/or metabolic acids in the connective tissues out through the pores of the skin, and?
                                                                                                                                                                                                              6) Alkalizing natural organic and colloidal medications for reducing the acids that cause mucus blocking the lung's airways.

                                                                                                                                                                                                              Natural pH Miracle Therapies

Natural organic colloidal nutrients can by pass the alimentary canal and go directly into the blood and tissues through a process of nebulization or misted alkaline nutrients that are inhaled through the mouth and nose. These include the following:

The alimentary canal problems of congestion caused by an acidic diet causing CF are managed with these natural organic remedies.

                                                                                                                                                                                                              pH Miracle Nutrition and Supplements

Following these dietary nutritional tips will help reduce ALL acidic symptomologies:

You may address nutritional deficiencies and excess tissue acidosis with the following supplementation to the daily diet:

All of these above factors lead to a build up of acidic toxins that cause the loss of glutathione as a non-nutritive buffer leading to cellular aging, dis-ease and finally death.

Alkalizing Medicinal Herbs and Organically Sprouted Grasses

Medicinal herbs, grasses, fruit and vegetables is a safe way to strengthen and tone the body's alkalizing buffering system, detox the alimentary canal and build blood in the crypts of the small intestines. You should use the whole unprocessed or non-fermented herbs, grasses, fruit and vegetables titrated to a fine powder so they that can be mixed in 9.5 pH alkaline water or put into veggie caps to be taken orally.?

The main purpose of IV therapy is to hyper-perfuse the tissues with alkaline compounds of sodium bicarbonate, magnesium chloride, potassium bicarbonate and calcium glutamate and thus buffer the retention of excess dietary and/or metabolic acids in the body tissues, especially the lungs reducing inflammation, mucous, solidfication?of tissues, and cysts.

                                                                                                                                                                                                              Acupuncture

Acupuncture may alleviate symptoms of cystic fibrosis. Acupuncture may help enhance blood and lymph circulation to the lungs which in turn will help the immune function to remove cellular debris and acid crystals. ?Because acupuncture improves circulation it also helps remove acids throughout the alimentary canal, and strengthen.

                                                                                                                                                                                                              Massage

Therapeutic lymphatic massage can help drain acidic mucus from the lungs and remove latent tissue acidosis.

                                                                                                                                                                                                              Prognosis/Possible Complications

Respiratory problems due to acid build-up and the solidification of dietary, environmental and/or metabolic acids forming acid crystals and cysts in the lungs are the most common complication from CF.

                                                                                                                                                                                                              Following Up
