Since the venerable Dreamcast recently turned 13, I thought I?d show off a bonafide new release for Sega?s last console. Gunlord is developed and published by NG:DEV.Team and is available for either the Dreamcast or Neo Geo. Yes, the Neo Geo MVS cart. Gunlord is described as a ?Euro-style Platformer? which basically means that it?s a hell of a lot like Turrican. However, it gets several brownie points for being a new Dreamcast and Neo Geo game.
The ?Dragon Box? of Gunlord features copies of the original release, as well as the limited edition release, along with some other goodies in tow like stickers, postcard, and 3 posters. It?s also pretty damned expensive, but it?s hard to put a price on the feeling of playing a new Dreamcast game.
